Last Saturday, Central Valley kept a clean sheet against Patterson. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tigers and snuck past 1-0. Central Valley's winning goal came courtesy of Alejandro Garcia.
Meanwhile, Franklin was able to grind out a solid victory over Sheldon on Monday, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Franklin.
Central Valley is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-6-1 record this season. As for Franklin, they now have a winning record of 9-8-5.
