A Season-Best Effort from Antonio Washington Leads Bell over Mckinley Tech
Antonio Washington produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Bell to the win on Friday. Washington rushed for 251 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 22 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards.
McKinley Tech's probably not too fond of Washington given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Washington saw the Trainers), he rushed for 115 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries.

Anacostia's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. Harley and Anacostia have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Ron Brown at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Davieon Browne produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Ron Brown to the win on Friday. Browne threw for 161 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in three touchdowns on the ground.
Ron Brown moved to 3-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Browne and Ron Brown are on the road again on Saturday to play Anacostia at 2:00 p.m.

Anacostia Gets a Boost from Butler in 55-6 Win
Markeise Butler posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
This season, Butler has run in those 1 touchdown while averaging 30.2 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after four games last season, he was only averaging 6.75 rushing yards per game.
