The Park School of Buffalo has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Monday, The Park School of Buffalo was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 69-65 to the Hawks.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Jarrell Green, who scored 30 points along with two steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for 11 straight games. Another player making a difference was Willy Kibowa Jr, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Bishop Timon-St. Jude struggled with assists on Monday (the Marauders had 11 more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Bishop Timon-St. Jude took a 69-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Marauders. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Bishop Timon-St. Jude came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Marauders are ranked 240th).
Like The Park School of Buffalo, Bishop Timon-St. Jude lost despite seeing results from several players. Jaiden Harrison led the charge by scoring 18 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Harrison hasn't dropped below 15 points for six straight games. Nakyhi Harris was another key contributor, scoring 21 points.

Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the two teams are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. The Park School of Buffalo hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 55.5 points per game. However, it's not like Bishop Timon-St. Jude struggles in that department as they've been averaging 83.3 points per game. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
The Park School of Buffalo was taken down by the Tigers 84-43 in their previous meeting on Saturday. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point The Park School of Buffalo was down 53-16.
