Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead East Marion to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caubrei Andrews, who posted 14 points and five steals. Those five steals gave Andrews a new career-high. Kylie Watts was another key player, going 6 of 13 on her way to 16 points in addition to five boards and three steals.
East Marion's victory bumped their record up to 3-18. As for Sacred Heart, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-16.
