Tombstone won the last time they faced Willcox and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Tombstone Yellow Jackets never let the Willcox Cowboys get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. The game marked the Yellow Jackets' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Brendan Caballero and DJ Elias made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Caballero pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Elias tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave Caballero a new career-low in walks (one). At bat, Caballero went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI, while Elias got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. That home run marked the first that Elias launched this season.

In other batting news, Tombstone let Sasha Webster and Trey Franklin run wild. That's the most runs Franklin has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Hank Moody, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Tombstone always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .515. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Willcox only posted an OBP of .105.

Tombstone's record now sits at 3-1-1. As for Willcox, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3-1.
