Meanwhile, Johnson unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They and Foothill were almost perfectly matched up, but Johnson suffered a 7-6 defeat. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Warriors came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 257th, while the Mustangs are ranked 523rd).
