The West Springfield Terriers on the road again on Monday and play against the Northampton Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. on January 22nd.
Last Thursday, West Springfield had to suffer through a rough 73-27 loss at the hands of Central. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss West Springfield has suffered against Central since February 6, 2020.
Meanwhile, Northampton made easy work of Holyoke last Friday and carried off a 55-31 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Northampton.
West Springfield's loss was their seventh straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-3. As for Northampton, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
West Springfield came out on top in a nail-biter against Northampton when the teams last played back in January of 2022, sneaking past 46-43. Does West Springfield have another victory up their sleeve, or will Northampton turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
