There's no place like home for Porter, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Nowata Ironmen on Friday as they made off with a 13-0 win. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Porter moved to 17-15 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Nowata, they dropped their record down to 1-19 with the defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.
