Timnath took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They blew past the Wellington Eagles 10-0. The Cubs haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Timnath's offense was hitting Wellington from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Natalie Washburn led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

This is the second loss in a row for Wellington and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Timnath wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Prospect Ridge Academy on the 13th. As for Wellington, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Valley on the 13th.
