Bradley had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Everything went their way against the Emerson Pirates as they made off with a 17-2 victory. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Bradley's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.6 runs over those games. As for Emerson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bradley is set to face off against their familiar foe Lafayette County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Emerson will square off against rival Bearden at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
