Brody Peters Turns in Season-Best  Effort
 Mena was led to victory by  Brody Peters, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Peters rushed for 158 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also picked up 58 receiving yards.
 The  victory for Mena keeps them at an undefeated 8-0. Peters and Mena are taking a road trip to  challenge Clinton  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Mena Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to  Ryder House
 Mena picked up their eighth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Ryder House. House rushed for 34 yards and a touchdown, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 For the year,  House  has run in 2 touchdowns while averaging 15.5 rushing yards per game.

 Lamar found a leader in  Eli Jones as the  squad took down Pottsville on Friday. Jones turned in nothing short of a gem, punching in a rushing score, while also picking up 35 receiving yards.
 Jones and Lamar are taking a road trip to  take on Ozark  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Jones will face off against  Koby Wilbanks, the Hillbillies' star quarterback. So who wins this QB-duel? There's only one way to know for sure.

Green Made His Presence Known in Lamar's  24-17 Win
 Keeping Jones company is  Caleb Green, a fellow Lamar player. He threw for 224 yards and two touchdowns.
 Green and Lamar will take on Ozark at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Green will face off against  Koby Wilbanks, the Hillbillies' star signal caller. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Hunter Mcclara and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
 Mena picked up their eighth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Hunter Mcclara. Mcclara made 12 total tackles. The  performance  also marked the most  rushing yards (ten)  he has had since back in August.
 For the year,  Mcclara  has averaged 8.6 total tackles per game.
