Cheverus won the last time they faced Biddeford and things went their way on Saturday too. The Stags put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 35-13 win. Considering the Stags have won three games by more than 21 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Cheverus and bumps their season record up to 4-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 19 points in those games. As for Biddeford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Cheverus will take on rival Westbrook at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Stags 14.2, the Blue Blazes 14.2) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Biddeford is set to challenge their familiar foe Gorham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
