Brunswick School got themselves on the board against Hamden Hall Country Day on Thursday, but Hamden Hall Country Day never followed suit. They came out on top against the Hornets by a score of 3-0. The victory was nothing new for the Bruins as they're now sitting on four straight.

Johnny Gally tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out seven over six innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Jayden Montanez was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Jack Nardis was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Brunswick School's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Hamden Hall Country Day, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-11.
