Columbia was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Ridgevue apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.
Among those leading the charge was Mckenna Durrant, who scored 15 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Ridgevue's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacotah Thomas, who scored 10 points along with 3 steals.
Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Ridgevue, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-3.
Columbia will square off against Boise at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Boise will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Ridgevue, they will be playing at home against Skyview at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
