Madison came out on top against Draughn on Tuesday thanks in part to Carrie Gunter's efforts. Gunter wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over eight innings while giving up four earned (and three unearned) runs off ten hits. The pitching appearance was her eighth straight with five or more strikeouts.
