Shepherd won the last time they faced Baker/Plevna, and things went their way on Friday, too. Shepherd snuck past Baker/Plevna with a 26-22 win.

The victory bumped Shepherd's record up to 2-6. The loss dropped Baker/Plevna's record to 1-5.

Next week Shepherd take on Huntley Project at Shepherd HS at 7:00 PM. Those two teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games. Baker/Plevna will look to defend their home turf against Glasgow/Hinsdale/Nashua. Glasgow/Hinsdale/Nashua are cruising in on a three-game winning streak.
