 In other batting news,  Brooks Knutson was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.  Carter Kallies was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.
 De Pere pushed their record up to 10-2 with that  victory, which was their tenth straight  on the road dating back to last season. As for Bay Port, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record  this season.
