Fenway is 3-0 against Maimonides since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Fenway Panthers will be playing at home against the Maimonides M-Cats at 5:30 p.m.
Last Monday, Fenway was the victim of a rough 63-41 loss at the hands of Tech Boston Academy.
Meanwhile, even though Kohelet Yeshiva scored an imposing 56 points on Sunday, Maimonides still came out on top. Maimonides snuck past Kohelet Yeshiva with a 62-56 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Maimonides.
Fenway's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Maimonides, their win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.
Fenway was able to grind out a solid win over Maimonides in their previous matchup back in February of 2019, winning 50-42. Will Fenway repeat their success, or does Maimonides have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
