If the United Faith Christian Academy Falcons were riding high  off their  70-27 takedown of the Word of God Christian Academy Holy Rams last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. United Faith Christian Academy took a  49-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of Victory Christian Center on Friday. United Faith Christian Academy has not had much luck with Victory Christian Center recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
 When it comes to explaining why United Faith Christian Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Jada Richardson. Despite the final result, she  scored nine points along with 17  rebounds and three  steals. Richardson hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Devin Long, who  scored six points along with seven  rebounds and three  steals.
 United Faith Christian Academy has  not been sharp recently, as they've  lost ten of their last 13 matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Victory Christian Center, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.
 United Faith Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next  matchup is against Concord Academy at 5:00  p.m.  on January 13th. Concord Academy is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 60.3  points per game. Victory Christian Center will be staying on the road  on Tuesday to face off against Providence Day at 6:00  p.m.  on January 16th. Providence Day presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Victory Christian Center in North Carolina (Providence Day is ranked 34th, while Victory Christian Center is ranked 89th).
