Despite the loss, Santaluces still got an impressive performance from Decarious Jenkins, who scored 21 points along with 4 steals. Jenkins scored a full 47.7% of Santaluces' points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Michael Hamilton, who scored 4 points.
Santaluces has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Boca Raton, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Santaluces will head out on the road to face off against Leonard at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Leonard is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games. Boca Raton will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Olympic Heights at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th.
