For the second straight game, Temescal Canyon will face off against West Valley. The Titans will welcome the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Temescal Canyon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

Temescal Canyon kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Valley only managed five hits.

Temescal Canyon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for West Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-9.

Friday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Temescal Canyon has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .446. However, it's not like West Valley struggles in that department as they've averaged .434. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
