Harley Winn was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases. Those four runs gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Becky Gaskins was incredible, going 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March of 2024. Hailey Baty was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
