Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Roosevelt). They claimed a resounding 78-43 win over the Eisenhower Cadets. The Roughriders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 22 points or more this season.

Roosevelt's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Anthony Washington led the charge by putting up 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Pearson Dukes, who posted 15 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Roosevelt and bumps their season record up to 4-5. As for Eisenhower, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Roosevelt will finish 2024 at home by hosting Bishop Blanchet at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Bishop Blanchet will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Roosevelt surely won't give up without a fight. As for Eisenhower, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wenatchee at 7:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Eisenhower is facing Wenatchee at the right time seeing as Wenatchee is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
