Pittsfield won the last time they faced Barry Western and things went their way on Thursday too. The Saukees had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Saukees sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Pittsfield had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 25-21, 18-16.

Pittsfield's record is now 21-12. As for Barry Western, with the loss, they broke their six-match winning streak and moved their record to 20-10.

Coincidentally, Pittsfield and Barry Western will both be playing Seymour the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Saukees will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
