The Dumas Demons will head out on the road to challenge the Pampa Harvesters at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Texas (Dumas is ranked 392nd, while the Harvesters are ranked 402nd).
Last Friday, Dumas came up short against the Bulldogs and fell 57-49.
Meanwhile, Pampa had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Borger 64-33 on the road on Tuesday. Pampa has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 23 points or more this season.
Dumas has not been sharp recently as the team's lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 18-11 record this season. As for Pampa, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 16-9.
Dumas strolled past the Harvesters in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 63-46. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dumas since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
