They were the victim of a tough 61-38 loss at the hands of Christian Heritage Academy on Friday. Boys' Home lost against Christian Heritage Academy in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 52-42 score last time.
Christian Heritage Academy found their leader in underclassman Luke Mason, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 10 rebounds. The match was Mason's third in a row with at least ten points. Caleb Young was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with 6 rebounds.
Boys' Home's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Christian Heritage Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Boys' Home will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against The Covenant at 7:30 p.m. As for Christian Heritage Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Roanoke Valley Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
