It was a good run, but the Basha Bears unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost to Chandler on the road by a decisive 65-50 margin. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Basha in their matchups with Chandler: they've now lost six in a row.
When it comes to explaining why Basha lost, one person who can't be blamed is Rylie Sword. Despite the final result, she scored 28 points. The contest was Sword's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Terrais-joi Coleman was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 8 assists and 6 rebounds.
Basha's loss dropped their record down to 4-1. As for Chandler, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Basha will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Mesquite at 7:00 p.m. on November 28th. As for Chandler, they will face off against Eastmark at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Eastmark's defense has only allowed 19.7 points per game this season, so Chandler's offense will have their work cut out for Chandler.
