When it comes to explaining why Delaware County Christian lost, one person who can't be blamed is Khamai Orange. Despite the final result, he scored 25 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. The contest was Orange's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Beau Lyren was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Delaware County Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Whitehall, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 8-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delaware County Christian will face off against Bristol at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bristol will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. As for Whitehall, they will head out on the road to face off against Pocono Mountain East at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pocono Mountain East is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
