Saranac waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 27-6 margin over the Plattsburgh Hornets. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won four matches by 21 points or more so far this season.

Saranac's win bumped their record up to 5-1-1. As for Plattsburgh, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coincidentally, Saranac and Plattsburgh will both be playing Northeastern Clinton the next time they take the field. The Spartans will host the Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Hornets will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
