It was a good run, but South Gwinnett unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Chapel Hill Panthers by a score of 45-42.

South Gwinnett's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Chapel Hill, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.

South Gwinnett will square off against Pace Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Chapel Hill and Walton will round out the year against one another at at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
