El Monte is a perfect 10-0 against Marshall since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Lions will welcome the Eagles at 3:30 p.m. The timing is sure in El Monte's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Marshall has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
El Monte will bounce into Wednesday's matchup after beating Arroyo, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Lions put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 13-3 win on Monday. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by eight runs or more this season.
