East Central had won three straight games and Lilly Maple did her part to make it four on Wednesday. The Trojans breezed past the Columbus East Olympians to the tune of 55-27 for which the team can thank Maple, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. She has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: she's posted one of at least 50% every time she's hit the court this season.

East Central's record is now 4-0. As for Columbus East, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Central will welcome Hammond Central at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Columbus East, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mooresville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
