If Parlier wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Reedley, they should've done a better job of containing Adrian Vargas. Reedley walked away with a 2-0 win over Parlier on Friday thanks in part to Vargas, who had 23 assists and eight digs. He has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more assists the last 12 times he's played.

Reedley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. Parlier is on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Reedley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Torres on the 21st. As for Parlier, they will take on Wonderful College Prep Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
