Lansing Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ethan Damesworth, who scored seven points along with three steals and two blocks. David Hall was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Lansing Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record this season. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lansing Christian will face off against Saranac at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Saranac is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. Pewamo-Westphalia will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against St. Patrick at 7:30 p.m. on January 30th. St. Patrick is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
