Comer played in-conference for the first time on Thursday and got just the result they were looking for. They put the hurt on the Midfield Patriots with a sharp 11-5 victory. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Jacob Swain was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.

Comer always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .556. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Comer's victory bumped their record up to 3-19. As for Midfield, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Comer will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Patriots: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
