Frankfort got themselves on the board against Berkeley Springs on Tuesday, but Berkeley Springs never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Indians. Considering the Falcons have won seven contests by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Blake Jacobs was a standout: he got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Frankfort's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 7-1 (and 4-5 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Nething, who went 1-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

With the victory, Frankfort broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-6. As for Berkeley Springs, they dropped their record down to 1-18 with the loss, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Frankfort will welcome South Harrison at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Berkeley Springs, they will head out on the road to challenge Mountain Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
