The Windsor Wizards scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Silver Creek 78-37 at home. Winning may never get old, but Windsor sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
It was another big night for Reyleigh Hess, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Jiricek, who scored 20 points along with two steals and two blocks.
Windsor has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Silver Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windsor will take on Centaurus at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Centaurus comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. As for Silver Creek, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greeley Central at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Greeley Central is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
