Bethel-Tate got a massive performance out of Addysyn Bohl, who went 3-for-5 with five RBI, three runs, and one double. Those five RBI gave Bohl a new career-high. Ally Thompson was another key player, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Bethel-Tate kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 20 hits. They got nine more hits than Georgetown's also-impressive total of 11.
The win (which was Bethel-Tate's fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.5 runs over those games. As for Georgetown, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-12.
Coincidentally, Bethel-Tate and Georgetown will both be playing East Clinton the next time they take the field. The G-Men will host the Astros at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
