Walton's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 22-9 margin over the Truman Mustangs. Considering the Wildcats have won seven matches by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Walton pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.4 runs over those games. As for Truman, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Walton has already played their next contest (against Taft), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Truman, they have also already played their next game, a 27-4 loss against Explorations Academy on the 30th.
