Benbrook's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Benbrook now  has a winning record of 4-3. As for Godley,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-5.
 Coming up, Benbrook will welcome Hillsboro  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. The Bobcats will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 49.86  points per  game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Godley, they will square off against Dunbar at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. That  matchup will pit two of the most dominant  backs against one another:  Pempsell and  Kamron Lloyd.
