Jonathan Hasty gave up the fewest hits he has since back in April of 2024 on Monday. He was dynamite, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Silverdale Academy is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-4 otherwise.

Hasty's effort led Silverdale Academy over Boyd-Buchanan and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Silverdale Academy is 8-2 against Boyd-Buchanan going back to March of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
