Mullen fell to Regis Jesuit 44-19 last week, the largest margin of any game. Marcus McElroy was a bright spot for the Mustangs, as he ran for 208 yards in the loss.
Columbine made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 635 from 784. The improvement was the result of 28-7 victory over Pine Creek last week.
Tevin Lucas was the best receiver in 5A Super 6 this week as Lakewood fell to Pomona. Lucas tallied 6 receptions for 100 yards. Braden Smith helped Lakewood's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 61 yards.
Casey Nichols was a passing and rushing force as the Tigers fell to the Panthers. He completed 22 passes for 283 yards and also ran for 46 yards.
Kyle Winkler threw for 232 yards and 4 touchdowns. He went 22-29 with 0 interceptions.
Winkler put up the best numbers in passing as Chatfield bested Dakota Ridge. Winkler's favorite target this week was Brandon Zanier, who caught 8 passes for 109 yards.
McElroy was the most successful running back in the league this week.
The leading receiver in the league this season is Jah'rel Olson. The Chatfield star has 10 catches for 199 yards.
The Chargers led the league in scoring this week by notching 42 points on the Eagles. Winkler during the win.
