Clinton County won against Bourbon County on Friday with 17 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Bulldogs didn't even let the Lincoln County Patriots on the board, marking the Bulldogs' second-straight 17-0 shutout. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

Clinton County is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln County, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Clinton County will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Cooper at 3:30 p.m. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lincoln County, they will face off against Webster County at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
