Leading Worth County to victory were James Raymond and ASHTON WILLIAMS. Raymond scored 15 points, while WILLIAMS scored 20 points. The match was Raymond's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was GRANT JUSTER, who scored six points.
Worth County's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Thomas County Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.
Worth County won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Piedmont Academy at 12:30 p.m. on December 19th. Piedmont Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 494th, while Worth County is ranked 162nd). Thomas County Central's road trip will continue as they head out to face Valwood at 3:30 p.m. on December 19th.
