They came out on top against East Hamilton by a score of 5-1. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Hurricanes: they've now won five in a row.
Izzy Webb made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Skylar Gooden, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
