Southwest Guilford barely beat Uwharrie Charter Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Southwest Guilford Cowboys' way against the Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles on Friday as the Southwest Guilford Cowboys made off with a 13-2 win. The Cowboys have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Kaden Morgan made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and not a single walk). Morgan was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brendan Snider, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. James Spencer was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2.
