Softball Recap: Weehawken Has No Trouble Against North Arlington

While Weehawken put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for North Arlington. The Indians blew past the Vikings 10-0. Considering the Indians have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Weehawken's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for North Arlington, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.

Weehawken will square off against St. Thomas Aquinas at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for North Arlington, they will face off against Harrison at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
