Basketball Recap: Eastwood Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Eastwood had won 12 straight home games dating back to last season and Devin Falk-Ramirez did his part to make it 13 on Tuesday. The Eastwood Troopers blew past the Del Valle Conquistadores 66-30 thanks in part to Falk-Ramirez, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine boards. The match was his ninth in a row with at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Julien Falk-Ramirez, who posted seven points and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last three games he's played.

Dylan Gonzalez and Andres Mei certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Gonzalez had five points, while Mei earned six points. Those six points gave Mei a new career-high.

Eastwood is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.3 points per game. As for Del Valle, they moved to 9-7 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Eastwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-37 win against Hanks on the 13th. As for Del Valle, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 52-40 victory against Eastlake on the 13th.
