After two games on the road, Fairfield is heading back home. They will take on the Biglerville Canners at 4:15  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Fairfield brought some dynamite into their most recent  game. They put the hurt on Hanover with a sharp  15-4 victory on Wednesday. Considering Fairfield's hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
  Jayden Bell was a major factor no matter where he played. He  struck out six batters over  five innings while giving up  four earned runs off   three  hits. Bell was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Jacob Liller was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and a  double.  Knox Deming was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Biglerville gave up the first  runs last Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them  down. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  5-4  win over York County Tech. The  victory was just what Biglerville needed coming off of  a  10-2 loss in their prior  matchup.
 Like Fairfield, Biglerville also got a great game from a two-way player:  Parker Black. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run over six innings pitched. Black was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Aiden Hoffman, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  RBI.
 Fairfield's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Biglerville, they now  have a winning record of 3-2.
