Warren Central posted their closest victory since December 30, 2023 on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 48-45 win over the Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory Braves. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on three straight.

Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Austin Ford, who went 6 for 7 en route to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicholas Sobek, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 13 points.

Warren Central is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points per game. As for Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Warren Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 41-39 defeat against Lawrence North on the 15th. As for Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory, they will challenge Indianapolis Metropolitan at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
